We at Cajun Fitness know that your children are your top priority. This is why we hire only qualified, experienced staff members to look after your children at our fitness centers in Rayne, Eunice, Opelousas, and Youngsville, LA. Our secure sign-in and sign-out services ensure your children are protected from the moment they step through the child center's doors, and we provide services for ages newborn to 11 years. There are also monitors around the facility that allow you to keep an eye on your children between sets or when you're heading to the locker room after your workout.

Making Fitness Fun for Your Kids

Of course, we want your kids to be active and have fun while they're at the gym, which is why our childcare center aims to help get them moving with exercise for kids. Our clean, brightly lit drop-off center provides plenty of storytime and solo playtime, and we also offer a range of exercise classes created to work at your kids' level and keep them interested in the fun of moving their bodies. From sports games to dance-offs, games that keep you moving to games that teach balance and coordination, your children are sure to have a blast while you're working out at our Eunice, LA, facility. Newborns Are Welcome, Too

Our childcare services aren't limited to older children. We provide nursery service for a small fee, which you can choose to purchase per visit, monthly, or yearly. We offer morning and evening nursery hours throughout the week and morning hours on Saturday. At this time, childcare is not available on Sunday. Our nursery staff is well-versed in caring for infants, including feeding time and diaper changes, so you can be sure that your little one is in good hands while you work to return to your post-baby body in one or more of our fitness classes
